If I was in charge of spending billion-dollar loans for El Salvador, this is one thing I would do.. I would focus on creating real wealth in poor communities โ€” especially farmers. No handouts.. No temporary aid. Real income $$$ Id invest in teaching regenerative farming in schools and rural areas. Truly organic, chemical-free produce is worth a lot more on the global market, and El Salvador can grow food year-round. I would create pilot programs where families and small farmers learn how to grow high-profit fruits, vegetables, and medicinal plants using methods that improve soil, water, and long-term productivity. Kids could use modern tools even AI to identify plant health, soil quality, water needs, and natural pest control methods like garlic mixed w pepper sprays. Farming becomes high-skill and high-income again, not something people try to escape. The goal would be simple: help poor farmers become prosperous farmers. Train them. Give them access to quality seeds and plants. Help them find buyers locally and internationally. Remove barriers so the free market can actually work for them. El Salvador should focus on a shortlist of high-demand crops that wealthy countries will pay premium prices for, and support farmers who choose to grow them. Imagine a father who once made a few hundred dollars a month growing corn or sugarcane to now exporting high-end regenerative products to global markets. There are literally products you can grow and sell for $250,000 from a few acres of land. Ex, Quality ginger/curcuma.. Thatโ€™s how poverty actually declines. Stronger rural incomes mean better food, better education, more local spending, and more tax revenue without raising taxes. The country pays down debt. Communities become self-sufficient. The next generation grows up producing both wealth and food security. Not dependence .. sovereignty. Just an ideaโ€ฆ Oh Iโ€™d also plant 1 million fruit trees across all schools that have the space. There the kids will truly learn how to take care of the plants using AI. Consume the food in the schools.. contribute to community farmerโ€™s markets or they bring it home.. point is if you train them how to take care of these plants in elementary/high schools they will know how to do it on their farms ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ป๐Ÿš€ If the country can take their POOR out of poverty.. that is something to be truly proud of. Thatโ€™s some real OG shit ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

El Salvador just changed the game. ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ป My lawyers tell me a new law just passed and now residency requires only 90 days per YEAR of physical presence. (The residency historically had NOT been popular because it used to be 8+ months per year.) This is HUGE.

last week might have been the moment El Salvador became Dubai 2.0, and nobody is talking about it: > safest country in the western hemisphere for 4 years in a row > no middle east war or fallout risk > 0% tax on all foreign-sourced income > 0% property tax > dollarized economy > bitcoin is legal tender, 0% cap gains tax > inflation under 1% > 90-min direct flights to Miami for <$200 > 4-6 hour flights to SFO and NYC for <$400 > world-class surfing > democratically elected president w/ 85%+ approval rating. > first country to give open-source AI developers full legal protection > first country with a sovereign order of NVIDIA's B300 chips > @elonmusk grok AI in 1M+ public school kids' hands > democratically elected president with a 85%+ approval rating > world-class surfing > locally grown coffee, tropical fruit, grass-fed beef - not a supermarket import economy > huge variety of climates - volcanoes, mountains, lakes, and beaches โ€” 12c in the highlands, 34c on the coast > strong christian culture and deep sense of faith > same timezone as US East Coast > country investing massively in public education > beautiful colonial architecture across country
