Im really grateful that I have had an uncomplicated pregnancy but babies are being born left and right in my DD group and while obviously I want her to cook as long as possible I cannot help but feel envy 😭
@meowingabyss I wasnt a huge fan of the belly band I got from them but it has helped some toward the end. I think i could have sized down on it. But we also got a baby carrier from them that im really excited to try!
Not to be a jerk but I’m also at the start of my third trimester working in the office 5 days a week and I’m totally fine — honestly?
People keep asking how pregnancy is going and I’ve just adapted — I feel great!
I know this isn’t everyone’s experience, so I’m grateful for that, but an office job is not this intensive suffering some people make it out to be — it’s not like I’m on a factory floor laboring (there is one girl in my birth class who works in a warehouse on the floor and that seems much more grueling physically!)
@deestiv@kjon And then there's me, I work like three 5 hour shifts a week and then spend the rest of the week physically recovering from those shifts 🤣 pregnant bodies were not meant to waitress at 36 weeks lmao
@kjon This was my experience as well lol I was commuting ~45min by train with my first too. The only reason I stopped going to office at around 36wks was bc I didn't want to risk being so far from my OB/hospital.
