@takumi_asuren46 メンバーのパワーでメディア対応力は年々上がっていますが菊地氏はライブを原点として考えているようです。 それが実現できているので、彼はやり手です。今野義雄氏のクリエイティブはそのままに、菊地友氏のライブへの注力で、乃木坂46はオールラウンドカルチャーのトップになるだろうなと思いました

株主宴会で菊地政権の思想が垣間見えるの良いな。ライブ多めは蓮加ちゃんの強みもより活かせるし代表も各マネージャー陣もメンバー一人ひとりをよく見てるようで良いグループだ。

#DrSTONE Behind Story 03 “Deadline: End of February” On December 18, 2016, Dr. STONE passed the serialization meeting and was officially approved. A mission was set before us. The deadline followed. By the end of February 2017, we had to complete the first three chapters. If we failed, the serialization would be canceled. In other words, we were given about 70 days to produce the first three chapters of a brand-new series for Jump. But that wasn’t even the biggest problem. At the time, I was already working on ORIGIN as a weekly serialization in Young Magazine. On top of that, I was also drawing a short manga for Ghost in the Shell Tribute in December 2016. An even bigger issue was that none of my three assistants had ever worked on a shōnen manga before. Well… neither had I. It was my first time working on both Weekly Shōnen Jump and a shōnen manga. This extremely risky schedule took a turn thanks to one person who helped us greatly. With that support, my assistants and I decided to take on this reckless mission. Finish the Ghost in the Shell one-shot in December. Continue the weekly serialization of ORIGIN. And complete the first three chapters of our very first shōnen manga, Dr. STONE, in just 59 days. I had a team of three, plus one external helper. Honestly, when a mission is this intense, it starts to become exciting. No matter how difficult a task is, you just make a plan and execute it. Whether it actually moves forward—that’s the real challenge. But if it does, the difficulty itself becomes part of the fun. And this was a challenge for Weekly Shōnen Jump. If we succeeded, I would become the first foreign mangaka to serialize there. During the early production of Dr. STONE, two of my three staff members focused solely on ORIGIN, while I handled the backgrounds of Dr STONE myself. Since none of us had experience with shōnen manga, our chief assistant practiced by tracing and learning from the backgrounds I drew. Somehow, we completed the mission. And in March, Dr. STONE began serialization. I bought 30 copies of Weekly Shonen Jump featuring the first chapter of Dr STONE. I didn’t know how long the series would last, but I wanted to keep—and proudly remember—the record of becoming the first foreign artist to debut and serialize in Jump. The photo below shows those copies of Weekly shōnen Jump with the first chapter of Dr. STONE, still stacked up even after 10 years.
