Todays ALERT course 📚 Such a lovely group of physiotherapists currently working @PHU_NHS learning how to perform a systematic A to E for deteriorating patients. Empowering them to use the skills they learned today out on the wards. #deterioratingpatient

Highlight of the week was falling off my chair in front of our whole therapy team … then whilst on the floor realising one of my patients watched the whole thing 🤣#needafallsassessment

On placement everyone used to joke saying I was 80% trousers … now I see what they mean. But first day as a physio complete! 🥳

In second year we met due to me being put as Scott’s model for our OSPE exams. Yesterday we celebrated our anniversary, finishing uni and my 21st birthday! 🥳 Very excited for the future ☺️

5 days until my dissertation due date 😬 At least I have my little writing buddy … he is not making much of a contribution though! 🐶

I'm recruiting clinicians involved in the management/ assessment of lower limb amputee patients to complete my dissertation questionnaire, looking at attitudes and beliefs towards digital technology.

Today I was offered my first job as a Physiotherapist! 🎉 All becoming very real now … but I can’t wait!

If there is one positive thing to come out of today ... at least I got to have a lovely chat with the diagnostic radiographers and more x-ray reading practice. Nice fracture to my volar plate. Might be a bit slow typing tomorrow @BeverleyHarden! #AHPs
