Saturday, May 14, Letter Carriers in Macomb County collected 208,707 pounds of food. The Macomb Food Program received 143,655 pounds. This non-perishable food will help restock the shelves of food banks, soup kitchens and pantries throughout America and here in Macomb County.

This morning Gleaners held a rally to kick off the Letter Carriers Food Drive, this Saturday, May 14. Statistics show a 40% increase in need this year. Additionally, when school lets our for the summer, unfortunately, more children go hungry. Please help us make this year great!
