@decenmaxi @gnosisSafe @SnapshotLabs @otoco_io @discord @autominter @deworkxyz @CoinviseCo Yes good point, one way is to scope the (goals & responsibility) for the subgroup, but the way to achieve that (actions) should be up to the group, to avoid being rigid/micromanaging, so if the situation changes which it does frequently, the group can adapt their ways. Thoughts?

If it's a high enough purpose, it's easier, but then you basically have the same governance questions within a mini DAO. If you scope the constitution tighter, the purpose can change frequently. Thoughts?

The subgroup can have a constitution outlining what is the scope of their decision-making powers, if the decision is not listed in the constitution & falls outside that scope, then like you pointed out the broader stakeholder (the whole DAO) should have a say by voting on it

Ie, the broader stakeholder base has a say on major bets, and selection of people that can make the decisions close to the ground for execution of that bet?

@decenmaxi @gnosisSafe @SnapshotLabs @otoco_io @discord @autominter @deworkxyz @CoinviseCo So the whole DAO can vote on the function & framework of each subgroup during the DAO formation. E.g. a media group can make decisions on media related tasks without approval from the whole DAO.
