After this matter is concluded, I wonder if it's necessary for the company to continue purchasing ledger devices—that's a question mark. Additionally, I personally plan to summarize the entire experience from development to communication, as there is really too little information available online.

The company purchased two Ledger devices in its name, but so far, we have not successfully sideloaded them. The official experience provided to me has been confusing—whether sideloading is even feasible remains unclear. Following the video tutorials has yielded different results, and there seems to be a lack of documentation or videos explaining exactly how to proceed. I have privately messaged approximately six customer service representatives on Discord for an entire day, but none have responded or followed up.

Claude Code 创始人 Boris Cherny 分享了一批团队内部真正在用的技巧，结合自己实战整理了一下，挑几个最值得知道的： 1/ 给 Claude 验证的机会。装个 Playwright MCP，让它自己写代码→打开浏览器看效果→发现问题→改代码，循环迭代。输出质量直接提升 2-3 倍。 2/ 并行才是真的快。同时开 3-5 个 worktree 各跑一个会话，或者直接说"拆解并并行跑子 agent"，不说它不会主动做。 3/ /remote-control 手机遥控电脑。生成链接，手机打开就能给电脑上的会话发指令，出门也能让电脑继续干活。 4/ Hooks > CLAUDE.md。CLAUDE.md 是建议性的，压力大会跳过；Hooks 是确定性的，绕不过去。核心验证逻辑一定放 Hooks。 5/ /btw 插队提问不中断任务，/branch 开平行宇宙试方案，/batch 拆成几十个任务并行执行。 这些功能藏得挺深，不主动找根本不知道有，但用了之后回不去。
