@factpostnews Ok let’s cut out all Trump golfing outings we can’t afford it anymore. Also let’s cancel his tax cuts we can’t afford them anymore.

Thomas and Alito are a cut above. Decades of clear-thinking, courageous jurisprudence.

@RonDeSantis Sometimes I think Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas are the only Supreme Court justices left that don’t make decisions influenced by fear from liberal backlash.

@HQNewsNow “There are too many people it’s not possible” says the guy who’s full of shit incompetent and a felon rapist

I don’t know what the Supreme Court will decide on the question of birthright citizenship. But I know this, if the courts continue to enforce practices that increase chaos, destruction, and division within the United States, like allowing 1.5 million Chinese nationals to vote because they happened to be born in an American hospital, people will very soon stop respecting the courts.
And then things will really get dangerous.
English

@AngelaBelcamino We are not a European country but 20 other western hemisphere countries allow it like us
English

@SNordberg2 @RBMEllis @greg_price11 Except MAGA rolled over to the tyrannical government instead of rising up against it.
English

@RBMEllis @greg_price11 Except the 2nd amendment was written to insure that the populace could revolt against a tyrannical government. That mean holding the same weapons as the military
English

@greg_price11 It just feels so painfully obvious that the 2nd amendment does not mean that a 21 year old living in Detroit can purchase a semi-automatic riffle that holds 50 rounds.
English

@RonDeSantis You’re all going to lose the Supreme Court will uphold birthright citizenship
English

We are supposed to be a country based on “We the People,” but that is supposed to be We the American People.
Allowing foreigners, who are either violating the law or abusing the law, to birth US citizens — especially in such large numbers — does not square with the idea that we are supposed to be governed by the consent of the people.
Congress needs to stop the madness if the Supreme Court fails to do so.
Robert W Malone, MD@RWMaloneMD
9% of of all the babies born in the USA getting citizenship, based on either birth tourism - mostly from the CCP - or whose mother smuggled herself into this country illegally, is not ok and no way to secure a healthy future for Americans. If the Supreme Court doesn't restrict birthright citizenship, then Congress must -BEFORE the midterms. This is what the citizens of the United States want and require.
English

Congress has passed numerous laws criminalizing, prohibiting, forbidding and barring the entry of unauthorized and inadmissible foreigners. To say that this same class of excluded foreigners — whose very presence here is a crime — when Congress mandated a physical wall to keep them out — have a legal right to birth American Citizens is the gravest and most preposterous of all constitutional abominations.
English

@realBrandonGill Banning assault rifles has already been proven to reduce gun violence but you don’t agree with that I’m sure
English

Ending birthright citizenship for illegal aliens would remove one of the largest drivers of illegal immigration to our country. Without the shiny object of birth tourism, you would see it end almost overnight. Democrats are freaking out about this— because they not only want illegal immigration, but the future of their party depends on illegal immigration.
English

@LolOut160461 @ClayTravis And no other major country allows gun violence like America does but we can’t do anything about it other than amend the constitution because 2A is in there
English

This is a total reality check for everyone who thinks global laws are the same because they are definitely not. The US 14th Amendment was actually made to help former slaves get citizenship but now it is being used by "birth tourists" from every country including China. You are right that it feels like a one-way street because no other major country gives out citizenships so easily just based on the location of birth and it is high time they look into it for sure
English

@AEKouri @ClayTravis Or they’re arguing for it because that’s what the constitution says. Just like 2A if you want to change 14A propose a constitutional amendment that’s how this works.
English

@ClayTravis Anyone arguing for birthright citizenship does it on an emotional basis. There is absolutely zero logic to make a case that someone here illegally or visiting should be given the privilege of US citizenship.
English

@ClayTravis Because that’s what the constitution says. Don’t like it propose an amendment that’s how this works
English

@mrddmia It’s literally in the 14th amendment if you don’t like it it’s in YOU to propose a constitutional amendment and get it passed and ratified. You know you’ll fail at that and that’s why you MAGAs are trying to get the Supreme Court to do your bidding instead but you will lose
English

Dear Supreme Court Justices:
Your job is to follow the law.
Even when it’s politically difficult.
The law is clear:
We The People, as the sovereign citizens, never gave birthright citizenship to illegals.
Not in the 14th amendment.
Not any statute after.
If we change our minds, we will have our elected representatives in Congress change the law for us.
Like we did for American Indians.
You wear robes, not capes.
