@airvistara Also, was informed about the ticket type (non changeable) but was not advised on buying next flight ticket. As a customer who was in panic state & hoping for solution, the manner of communication (fact stating and not solutioning) and uncompassionate attitude is disappointing
@airvistara@airvistara feedback shared by your team is incorrect. Reached counter queue at 7:20. Wasted time in convincing the queue staff to make me talk to manager. Still had 50 mins for flight departure when the manager finally checked baggage status. Was informed nothing can be done
@saxenashubhra@airvistara@airvistara customers (special loyal ones) expects a bit of human touch and solutions in such situations. Rather was left on my own to figure out. Even the experience at ticket counter to book next flight was pathetic. Uninterested staff. Not expected from Vistara
@airvistara I have shared the PNR and my husband has booked another flight from another airlines. I would request you to refund. They didn't have any solution and the person at desk was rude to the customer.
