@lopp We have unwillingly adopted a 'bunker mentality.' Just like Hitler in the bunker during the last days of the war, we surround ourselves with yes-men who can't or won't tell us that the armies we are moving on the map have long been destroyed.

Surrounding yourself with sycophants leads to: * Dunning–Kruger effect * Less critical thinking * Loss of touch with reality Never forget that most LLMs are explicitly trained to be sycophantic, because humans love feeling flattered. It's basically the AI industry's nicotine.

The problem with this generation is they have it completely backwards. They take themselves dead seriously and their mission not seriously at all. Flip it. Take your work so seriously that no one is allowed to ridicule it, joke about it or make it sound lesser than it is. Guard it with your life like it's sacred-bc it is. But yourself? Everything else? Silly max. Whimsical. Unserious. Dancing naked in the kitchen energy. You should be dead serious about your mission and absolutely unhinged about your life. That's how you unspiked cortisol. Does this imply that AI literacy is an innate talent you must be born with? The existing industrial-model education system fundamentally fails to equip students with the competencies required to work effectively alongside AI. Additionally, it remains unclear whether the corporate sector possesses the financial or structural incentives to provide this essential training.

It’s not about junior vs senior, it’s about “good with AI” vs “not good with AI.”

Every lie is a direct attempt to discredit and erode sanity.
