Last month, I was able to work remote for two weeks in beautiful Montenegro - I probably will never work in an office again! In a few months it will be 3 yes of 100% remote! What’s your remote status these days?

@gergobergo @brechtbilliet The other concerns are the release and deployment schedules of different teams. If there are differences in the cadence delivery. Developers working in different Geo locations. Also, you have the resources and skills to pull it off.

@brechtbilliet You should avoid micro frontends if you have only about 10 devs to work on the product.

@brechtbilliet @Pchessah Straight away to NgRx? Use @NxDevTools to organize your code using library projects. You’ll have a UI feature library for components. And you’ll have a featured domain specific library for business logic. Your domain libraries should have nothing UI or UX related.

@Pchessah Encapsulation is the most important thing. I'd use enforceModuleBoundaries. Split smart and dumb components. I would NOT use ngrx and use a facade to decouple the presentation layer from the rest 🤓

@jherr It’s all negative when these Agile tools are used to track “status and process” over people. Why not track the value added for the item and give it a score? Pizza party anyone?

Is it really a good idea that we track everything in software as a "defect" or an "issue" including positive things, like features we would like to see? Constantly characterizing everything as a negative, seems... negative.

@maxlynch Fields like “Confirm email address” or “Confirm password” fields don't allow users to paste text into them. The idea is to make users type their email or password twice to help catch any typos they might have made in those important "Email" and "Password" values.

I have noticed a trend in several enterprise-level projects during the last few years. I think...is Agile dead or does it need more cow bell (if you know, you know)? dev.to/buildmotion/en…

I was in a UI design meeting this morning and someone mentioned a “under construction” page! Do those still exist?
