A 19 YEAR OLD GERMAN DROPOUT SHIPPED A BROWSER GAME WITH CLAUDE CODE AND PULLED $6,071 ON DAY 1 he dropped out of high school in hamburg with no CS classes, no team, no budget, just a $20 claude code subscription and one weekend free he forked 4 open source repos, dropped a CLAUDE.md file in the root and told claude to build a 60 second roguelite with daily streaks and a $9.99/month premium tier the whole thing shipped sunday night on vercel, monday morning he posted the link on r/WebGames and r/indiegaming and went to sleep he woke up to $6,071.38 in stripe, 612 paid subscribers and a leaderboard with 14,000 names on it, infrastructure cost that week was $43 by week 2 he had 1,247 paying subscribers, $12,460 monthly recurring, zero employees and 95% margin on a stack built from public repos and one CLAUDE.md file the window is open, follow and bookmark before it closes.

The biggest lie in AI right now: "You need massive clusters and expensive infrastructure to run powerful models" This guy destroys it Google just took 31GB of AI weights and shrank them dramatically ➔ while keeping real performance Not a toy model Not a demo that falls apart Actual capability, just way smaller and cheaper to run The rules that actually matter now: > Extreme compression beats raw size > Inference cost and speed are becoming the real moat > You don’t need the biggest model ➔ you need the one you can actually afford to run at scale > Edge and on-device AI just became way more realistic This is the new meta You don’t win by making models bigger and more expensive You win by making powerful intelligence smaller, faster and dramatically cheaper to run While some labs are still obsessed with parameter count… Google is showing what actually moves the needle in 2026: making serious AI accessible and efficient The future belongs to whoever masters compression and efficiency ➔ not just whoever has the most GPUs This guy is the proof repo: github.com/RyanCodrai/tur…

An open source ai hedge fund just hit 45k stars. it makes the funds nervous for a reason watched a breakdown of an open source ai hedge fund today 18 agents, each one mimicking a legendary investor. buffett agent, munger agent, a risk manager on top. 45 thousand stars. free to clone the comments were split. half said this is the future. half said it will blow up an account in a week both miss the point the repo is not a money printer. anyone who clones it expecting free profit gets liquidated. that part is real but as a thing to read it is gold. it shows you how to structure a multi agent system where each agent has a narrow mandate and something on top arbitrates. that pattern is worth more than any signal it produces the value was never the trades. it was the architecture the funds are not nervous because a github repo will beat them they are nervous because the knowledge they gatekept for 20 years is now a public readme

I found the repository an 18-year-old used to win the Cursor Hackathon Garry Tan (President of Y Combinator) open-sourced his personal gstack ➔ a full suite of 23 structured skills that handle everything most devs still do manually: > Product thinking > Architecture > Design > QA > Documentation It flows automatically: Think → Plan → Build → Review → Test → Ship → Reflect No more losing context every session GBrain gives it persistent memory across days. /office-hours brutally questions your idea before you waste weeks building the wrong thing An 18-year-old student from Bishkek used this exact system and won the Cursor Hackathon ➔ built a full multiplayer pixel-art game with computer vision and karaoke mini-game in under 2 hours While 80 other participants were still debating what to build This is the difference between "Same person. Different era" Most developers will never find this The ones who do will ship 3-5x faster and laugh at everyone still doing it the old way Repo is free. Install in three commands Repo: github.com/garrytan/gstack

I found something that should be in every agent builder’s stack Agent-Reach by Panniantong gives your agents actual eyes on the internet > Twitter > Reddit > YouTube > GitHub and more through one CLI, zero API fees It auto-installs and wires everything up so claude code / cursor / openclaw agents can just use it. Local creds, doctor mode, extensible as hell AI Agent can already help you write code, change documents, and manage projects, but if you ask it to find something online, it will be blinded Solution → github.com/Panniantong/Ag… > Could easily turn this into money by offering a hosted version The only question is distribution

pov: you realize live prediction markets are turning big events into paid trading games > $10,000 kick-off prize pool > 24 live markets > $300 minimum volume > rewards paid on June 18 > top P&L wallet gets $2,000 > top 100 traders get paid > ROI winners, volume leaders, top losers, and crazy traders all have separate rewards > the interesting part is not the event > it’s the product design PRED is turning real-time attention into a leaderboard, 3-minute markets, and instant trading flow. most apps fight for users to click. this one pays traders to stay sharp while everyone else is just watching.

MING SUN FIRED 18 INPUTS THROUGH A LIVE NEURAL NETWORK. CLAUDE CODE SHIPS A $3,200 CLIENT SITE IN 38 MINUTES marcus was 23, laid off in berlin, €840 in his account. 8 months later he runs a one-man web studio shipping 4-6 sites a week and clears $15,000-18,000 a month the trick is per-project pricing tiered to what the client thinks they're buying. a dentist comparing you to a $5,000 squarespace agency pays $3,200 and feels like it's a discount claude.md sits in every project root and tells claude the stack, design rules, copy tone. one file replaces a senior dev's onboarding checklist and every new prompt inherits it 10 niche templates pre-built to 90% sit in private github starters. fork, run one personalization prompt, 8 minutes to a finished site. 38 minutes from empty folder to stripe invoice every shipped site converts to $200-600/month maintenance. by month 8 marcus had 31 retainers compounding on top of new projects bookmark this and read the article below

One person rebuilt an entire company's brain in 7 days inside Claude Code Not a doc. Not Obsidian. A living galaxy of nodes Every employee. Every AI agent. Every SOP. Every tool. All wired together on one screen Click a department. The human agent team opens up. The SOPs attached to it open up. What each person is allowed to touch opens up That last part is the whole game. Permissions baked into the brain. An employee opens the chat, the AI already knows what they can access Agents, data, SOPs surface inside the conversation like you tagged them by hand Obsidian can't do this. Notion can't do this No dev team. No funding round. No 6-month roadmap. 7 days, 1 person, 1 terminal This is the part nobody has priced in The tools to build $200K enterprise software now sit on your laptop for free The only thing missing is the guy who opens the terminal

A KID ON TIKTOK MADE $2,000 IN A MONTH WITH AI. ONE REPO ON GITHUB SHIPS A BROWSER GAME IN A WEEKEND THAT PULLS $10,000 A MONTH the repo is called claude code game studios. it packs 49 agents, 73 skills and 12 hooks into one command. claude becomes a full game studio with director, design, engineering, art, qa and release the stack is phaser plus react for the game and next.js plus stripe for billing. infrastructure under $50 a month, 97% margin after stripe takes its cut the model that prints money is a 60 second roguelite with daily streaks and a $9.99 premium tier. after 7 days of consecutive play the cost of breaking the streak feels worse than paying the fee 1,000 subscribers at $9.99 lands at $9,990 a month. browser games skip the 30% app store cut and deploy in minutes through vercel most people will keep talking about the game they want to build. a few will open the repo this weekend and have something playable by sunday bookmark this and read the article below

THE MONEY HAS PICKED ITS 2026 WORLD CUP WINNER AND IT'S FRANCE France sits at the top of the 2026 World Cup Winner market on @1winToken -- 18% to lift the trophy, ahead of every other nation on the board. This isn't a pundit bracket. It's $1.5M in volume across 81,985 bets. When real money concentrates on one name like this, it's usually pricing something the highlight reels haven't caught yet. > Spain 17%. > England 11%. > Brazil and Portugal 9%. Every hype name is chasing a French side the market has already crowned. Final settles 19 July and the favorite is set. The only question is whether you're positioned before the bracket catches up.
