🔴 St. Louis City— Unless something crazy happens, they're done for the window. Club looking at winter for big overhaul. Really happy with Fallou Fall & Jeong Sang-bin deals for future and didn't want to sacrifice any flexibility for winter. Lutz Pfannenstiel and front office has a ton of options for winter overhaul, and wanted to save as much flexibility for new coach as possible. They're obviously unhappy with how last two seasons have gone and want to reload.

I’m keeping young talent with the most upside - Celio, Durkin, and probably someone like Alm who’d be a more attractive option

@CherrySynoxen @tombogert The subjective aspects of the rule book that allow individual interpretations to be wildly inconsistent like you said. It sucks. Referees have an incredibly difficult job and adding ambiguity to the rules makes it harder on everyone.

@CherrySynoxen @tombogert A fair point. No ref or VAR seem to be able to agree what is or isn’t a handball penalty and it’s incredibly frustrating. Honestly, I’m ready to accept every handball being a PK regardless of arm location or whether it “makes a player bigger” just so there could be consistency.

That VAR stoppage was absolute BS. They took away a (maybe questionable) City goal to look at a handball like 5 min earlier and very conveniently killed the massive momentum that we’d been building. Total home crowd move. And then only 6 min of stoppage? No way. #AllForCITY
