Ok… I must confess, I am absolutely addicted to all the foreigners coming for the World Cup and being mind blown by things we consider ordinary. It’s refreshing, hilarious, and a great reminder of how privileged we are to be citizens of the greatest nation to ever exist.

@AngryBootneck America excels in tech & billionaires. It has a powerful army. Whether all of that truly makes the country great is debatable. Ordinary workers often don’t benefit from it. At the same time, America also leads in diabetes rates, obesity, incarceration, and school shootings.

@AngryBootneck There is no communist country in Europe. All European countries are capitalist, with social policies such as free healthcare and free education. We have always been fond of America, until Trump came along.

Millions of Europeans are finding out what I’ve told them for years. America isn’t bad, it’s brilliant. They are only surprised because 30 years of Eurocommunist propaganda told them lies. The USA is great, the people are nice, and Europe is positively third world by comparison.
