@StephenJCrerar @GM1872_ I was in primary school and remember I had never seen so many parents there at collection time. Lots of crying and hugging - we had no idea why. We are just outside Stirling and everything changed security wise after that 😞😞😞

@GM1872_ I remember it so well, I was in first year at secondary, my wee sister was in P7, remember our Ma grabbing us in floods of tears as the news broke, it could literally have been any school in Scotland that it happened, 30 years ago in two weeks time is unreal 🥺

Just watched the Dunblane tapes. Hits home when you have young kids. Didn’t know handguns were banned in the UK after it following a petition from the parents. Crazy it’s not happened in America yet. Worth a watch

@GM1872_ Hardest bit was when they said one set of parents went into one room and the rest went into another. Imagine being a parent there and not knowing if you were in the room with the parent of the kids that were okay. As parent it hits harder. P1 kids. Just babies 😞😞😞
