The Rockets suffered all the worst-case fallout of going all-in for Durant. Injuries. Awkward offensive meshing with established teammates. The weird soul-sucking effect on good vibes, especially with younger players. The net result: they got as far as Phoenix in the playoffs.

As far as aggression this summer in upgrading the roster, Mat Ishbia said the Suns will still take calls but his "massive lean" is in favor of continuity and player development. He likes this team and is "not going to do anything silly to mess that up."

@AndrewLeezus the suns x factor is grayson allen. he’s their best 3 point shooter and the only guy that can really space the floor. he’s key to getting booker & green the space they need to operate in the midrange and at the rim.

I agree the Suns should sell high on Grayson Allen.. and I get annoyed at him sometimes but he's actually a really good basketball player and was a huge part of our success. I don't want him trade just because.
