Bill Gates proposes the use of gene sequencing, AI and satellite data to make crops "climate resilient", in order to "improve the lives of over 500 million farmers". "We don't just want these improvements to be in the lab—we want them to scale up. We're impatient to see this done." Why would a man who believes there are too many humans care so deeply about improving the lives of farmers?

He is not a: Doctor Scientist Farmer Physician’s Assistant Nurse Practitioner Geneticist Nutritionist Etc… He also wants to reduce the farming of beef because cattle are contributing to 6% of global warming. What about the other 94%? And he can’t keep viruses off his own computers. Yet he wants to dabble in the production of medication, vaccinations, genetically modified food and have access to all the information to everyone’s personal business. Bill Gates says the merging of biometric digital ID, bank accounts and payment systems is needed to safely monitor people's health records, keeping tabs on farmers, and tackling "climate problems."
