No one should miss out on the opportunity to thrive just because they live in a place that is considered disadvantaged. We make art to make change.

Did you know that only 15% of Australians have an advance care directive? National Advance Care Planning Week is a time to have a heart-to-heart with someone close to you and document your values and preferences. Visit acpweek.org.au for more information. #acpweek22

Why this French hospital serves dying patients wine and caviar. At Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital, end-of-life care is filled with tasty indulgences. And brain research is confirming why that makes for a good ending. popsci.com/health/food-wi…

We were involved in making a video for the Multi Cultural Council Illawarra released today for National Advance Care Planning Week that starts with the same idea… that it is hard, but a rewarding first step. cutt.ly/mcci-acp-vid1-…

Starting a conversation about potential health care and medical preferences can be hard. But it’s the first step to having future plans in place. @ACPAustralia Advance Care Planning Week is the perfect time to start the conversation. ow.ly/kmf750ImhSC #acpweek2022

“The process of creating an advanced care plan actually brought my family closer together. I have no doubt know that my children know what is important to me.” – PCA Deputy Chair Helen Walker speaking on the #acpweek2022 webinar

My Beautiful daughter did the sleep out for Vinnies on Thursday night. I purchased a very good sleeping bag for her. After she finished she said I want to give this bag to someone who needs it. My heart just filled with warmth as a parent. She knows we must pay it forward. ❤️❤️

You are remarkable even when you’re doing nothing at all. Carve out time to be still, to breathe, to be.
