What's up with parents needing a swim instructor for their 6 year old kids? You'd rather film your tween being cradled by someone in a 3 feet pool for content than just throwing them in the deep in? Or help them yourself?

Interviewed someone this week - good resume, real experience with GTM and growth. When I walked him through what we were building (AI agents, automated ops, Claude managing workflows), he told me it "wasn't really his thing." He was more of a growth marketer. That's not a gap in knowledge. That's a gap in orientation. The tools aren't the barrier. Every tool has documentation. Claude, OpenAI, open-source models- the barrier to getting started is lower than it's ever been in the history of technology. The actual barrier is whether someone is willing to sit in the discomfort of not knowing something yet and figure it out anyway. Two groups are forming. The first group looks at something new and asks: what can I build with this? They don't wait to be trained. They don't wait for it to be in their job description. They experiment, break things, figure it out, and come back with something working. The second group says: that's not my specialty. And they're not wrong — it isn't their specialty yet. But "yet" is doing a lot of work in that sentence, and most of them aren't planning to close that gap. This matters more than most people realize. The first group is compounding weekly. Every tool they learn makes the next one faster to pick up. Every workflow they build frees up time to build the next one. The gap between the two groups isn't static. It's widening. And in a few years, the phrase "I'm more of a growth marketer, I don't really do AI" is going to sound a lot like "I'm more of a sales guy, I don't really use email."

The new skill gap isn't technical. It's willingness.

AI is splitting the world into 2 groups of people: 1) Those who say "let me figure out what I can build with this." 2) those who say "that's not really my thing." One of those answers is getting more expensive every day.

The big *smoking gun* that this NBC Senate producer is doing the bidding of Sen Thune was she was *Checks notes* photographed last summer interviewing him ahead of the Big Beautiful Bill signing and then posted a photo on Instagram. What a joke of a post.

Ready to see how the Swamp works? @brennanleach from NBC news is contacting @RepLuna’s former staff in an attempt to get them to go off record about the Congresswoman. Here is that same “reporter” with John Thune. According to the tipster, Brennan is looking to try to discredit Rep Luna on behalf of Thune to punish her for trying to pass Voter ID.

Most teams do not need more AI content. They need AI that acts like an operator. That is when it stops feeling like software and starts feeling like leverage.

That is the part people keep missing. The value is not one faster task. It is fewer dropped balls across 20 small tasks that used to depend on one person remembering.

The best AI workflow I built this week did not save time. It created a manager I did not have to hire.

That was true a few months ago. Soon you're going to lose your job to someone who builds with AI. I'm trying to hire a marketer right now. 95% say they use Claude daily. They're really just using it to write copy and do research. Build segmented lists. That's a calculator. The 5% who are actually dangerous are the ones building agents that run autonomously, make decisions, and do real work while they're not at their keyboard. That's a cockpit. The calculator people think they're keeping up. They're not.

@Osint613 Couldn't Saudi and the GCC help with Hormuz? They're actually under attack. Could they take offensive operations instead of just letting the NYT report leaks that they are pushing Trump to keep going?

Trump: I want to thank the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; they have been very helpful, unlike NATO.
