Many travel alone, without support systems, trusting employers for safety, only to face exploitation, abuse, racism, and silence behind closed doors. If educated and influential people can allegedly commit such acts, what protection do these young women truly have? There must be stricter monitoring of domestic work conditions, stronger legal safeguards, and swift justice for victims. Young women working outside their state should never have to live in fear of violence, humiliation, or captivity while trying to earn an honest living.
