Two factor auth has been reset for user accounts who requested a reset. Please login and request a USD refund.

The withdraw page now supports SWIFT routing values in the routing field. International users are encouraged to fill out the form.

Users who were unable to request a withdraw or had ACH setup before should revisit the withdraw page and re-enter their account info.

An update on the USD refund process has been posted to bitfloor.com Refunds are being reviewed by IAFCU.
