@blockio @Haihoang1989 Hello, thanks for the reply. @Haihoang1989 is going through the process (which I had pointed out to me based on past cases we saw on r/dogecoin) and he sent you an e-mail around 2 weeks ago, so he is waiting for a reply. He is missing his 2FA authentication.

@mishaboar @Haihoang1989 As always, private keys control the coins, not Dogechain. So if unable to login, use your private keys directly elsewhere. Retaining backups of private keys has been a requirement for using Dogechain, and still is.

@mishaboar @Haihoang1989 Anyone needing assistance with lost IDs or with disabling device-based 2FA can send a note to privacy@dogechain.info. If there’s relevant info to provide, they’ll get a response. If the accounts are closed for violating terms, or have invalid emails, etc. not much we can do.
