@nikitabier Not true, @bloomcbt helped me get over a lot last year, get back into action resolve much dysfunction. Came recommended. Also I know someone close who has had a complete mental transformation from hopelessness to growth since being able to talk to @heypi_ai

Adding a new one to the list: Never build an app for mental health. Tapping on a screen, talking to a therapist bot, or pretending you’re meditating while blaring blue light into your eyeballs will not make you feel better.
