The brutal truth: → Altcoin rallies averaged 20 days in 2025. Down from 60 days the year before. → BTC dominance just hit 60.66% this week. Highest since 2025 peak. → Altcoin Season Index sitting at 37. That's not altseason. That's a graveyard. So is the cycle broken? Maybe. Institutions don't rotate into small caps. Community driven. No utility. Just vibes and belief. Peak mcap hit 41B during the 2021 bull run. From nothing. SHIB had a dog. NPC has a cultural movement. The mcap to match PEPE is 24x from here. The mcap to match SHIB is 53x from here. In a bull market cycle those are not unrealistic numbers. We have seen it happen before with less. Stack up while nobody is paying attention.

RIP $BTC bears. Most of CT was calling for $50k two weeks ago. Prediction markets had $80k reclaim in April at 15% probability. Now we're less than $1k away. This is why you don't bet against Bitcoin. Institutions were buying. Bears were posting charts. Big difference.
