@destielism Idk if this is @ me bc i made a tweet abt this that has been blowing tf up but i’m glad it didn’t end that way bc it would’ve been tragic but i think it would’ve been a good ending in a horror movie aspect kinda way. It would have left me very sad tho and def not satisfied

saying swan song would’ve been a good series finale when kripke’s plan was sam dead & in hell, dean married to lisa (who then dies like mary over their daughter’s crib) & castiel fuck knows where sorry you can’t convince me this is a satisfying end for ANY of these characters

@Teagy7 Also he originally wanted a horror adjacent ending which while tragic, would’ve fit the first 5 seasons. By s15, things were different, the show wasn’t as dark and horror focused anymore so smth like killing Dean off didn’t fit as well as it would’ve when he was apart of the show

@Teagy7 Not to mention covid ruining what was planned and the things that got adjusted bc of it made the end feel more cheap and rushed. Bc if it went how it was originally planned, it still wouldn’t have been the best ending, but it would’ve been so much better than the slop we got.

but he DID convince jensen that it was the best way to end the show so i still don't trust him either way
