We updated our capital contribution math so you can accurately track the funding you raised. How much investors paid for their stock can be different from your stock class's share price. You can now enter the cash and IP paid for all securities, warrants too.

@timsalau Some email communications will always be required. Like issuing and accepting securities. These workflows have moved into the digital world, so stakeholders need to know somehow.

Public company share price is easy. Not so in the private market. Why is your startup stock's par value $0.00001, its 409A price $0.1, and your investor paid you $1 a share? It confuses me and our @captable_io customers. I wrote down what I learned here: blog.ltse.com/what-is-your-s…

@buildinglfstyls Click now on the Stock tab link at the top (next to Cap Table Overview), then once on that new tab click on the orange button Add Stock Class.
