@Rbjacobs,flew Wed 8th.my Mum used Plat Cheq which met criteria on eBucks site and as per her monthly statement.charges still not reversed.

@Rbjacobs eBucks states one must transact once a month using FNB App,online,cellphone and tele banking. FNB Site does not.
