@ccntccls @blossomkc4ls OHHH omg i read everything all wrong im so sorry😭 i thought it was eating 1100 cals a day… yeah 200-400 cals daily would be terrible for my health, so i will stick to my slow weight loss… if i ever get below 38 kg🥲 again sorry for the misunderstanding but ty for explaining!!

@lazylambzz @blossomkc4ls I don't want to encourage you to do this in ANY way and I don't do this myself (I lose 1 kg in ~2 weeks) - but if you're maintenance is 1300-1500, you should be eating less than 200-400 daily to have a *deficit* of more than 1100 daily to lose more than 1 kg in a week

@lazylambzz @blossomkc4ls noooo the math applies to everyone!! ofc if you don't eat enough protein you lose some muscle along the way which is why you can lose less with this deficit, but 1 kg of fat = 7700 cals (deficit with this amount = losing 1 kg, surplus = gaining 1 kg)
