This is what happens when grades are tied to performance rather than intent to learn. I feel like med students would learn more, be less afraid to ask questions, & not fear making mistakes if we knew our faults wouldn’t put our future in jeopardy 😶. #medtwitter

While in medical school, it seemed like there was less emphasis on learning and more emphasis placed on “performing” well which is sooo ironic...

Why has there been more grace extended to us as interns than what was given to us as medical students? Make it make sense! 🙃
