@DrPhilipBraude The defining featurenof an MTC is the co-located 24/7 specialist services (neurosurg/crit care, IR,vasc) plus a coordinating multidisciplinary trauma service/ward for complex pts. Anything not structural should theoretically be deliverable by TUs just as well as by MTCs.
