it’s just so clunky. i don’t get why people can’t just leave it as women who love women and understand there’s more nuance to ids that can’t be encompassed in a definition of a sexuality

as a lesbian i personally have always felt really uncomfortable being defined as a ‘non-man who loves non-men,’ i think there’s nuance and others really connect to the definition but i’ve always felt really dehumanized when people put it onto me
