If my youngest son is acting like he was born yesterday, it's because he was. Benedict "Benny" Anthony Gertsema was born at exactly 6 am on September 7. He was 21.5 inches and 8 lbs 5 oz. Mother and baby are doing well!

There’s the part when the littles refuse to eat dinner and ask for a snack before bed. Then there’s the part where the not so littles eat their dinner (and some), then request a second dinner before bed. #CostcoMembershipEngaged

@ckoppenberg It's so good when it's authentic and has tons of tofu and bamboo shoots. It was also the right level of spiciness.

A rainy day calls for eating hot and sour soup and shrimp fried rice for lunch. I added the scrambled eggs and edamame to the rice.
