@Autistic_Lauren Are there any suggestions for solutions to soothe acute hearing? I've tried all the various ear plugs but I still hear/feel the droning of local factories/generators etc as its not just through the ears but also a felt sound. It's miserable and causing tinnitus. Thanks.

Asking autistics, are there any small noises you hear that most people usually don't?
