@clear I have been trying for multiple days and at different times of the day to call your customer support line to get a status on a TSA Precheck KTN, but can never get through. When is the best time to call and how do I get in touch with anyone there?

On March 14 I applied for Clear Membership and San Diego Lindbergh Field Airport.
The agent then asked if I wanted to also apply for TSA Pre. I asked was there an additional charge and he said no. But when I got to my in person appointment to complete the process at my local Staples, they for me that wasn’t right for him to say that it’s $79 right now, but if you are approved clear will refund you.
@Clear it’s a really bad look to have your agents yell at me when you have multiple other customers backing me up at the security line… just because traveling has been a mess lately doesn’t mean your agents at DCA have a right to take it out on me!!
@Clear I have been on hold and chat hold for 2 hours. Are your people not getting paid? You charged me for a reservation I made but no record of the reservation in your system, do I need to spend all this time for your mistake

On Monday Mar 25 I at 1:30 I went to the CLEAR booth at Staples in Santa Rosa, California for my TSA Precheck application. I applied, and was given the application number 75PZ-G115.
On Wednesday 8 AM I got a text message saying "Your TSA PreCheck application has been approved. TSA has issued you a Known Traveler Number for immediate use. Tap here for more info tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov/ktn-lookup"
I went there and entered in all of my information. In response I got:
"Information Not Found
We couldn't find a record based on the information entered, etc., etc."
So I emailed your support. No reply. I asked your digital assistant, "Halo". No answer
I called your support line. THREE HOURS ON HOLD, and I gave up.
I have an upcoming flight. Just what is going on???

@Clear Chicago airport - one of your employees just promised us access to the Clear lane if we provided our email and phone number. After we followed him to the sign up kiosk, we learned we had to provide a credit card to gain access. Is this your standard business practice?
It's clear that @Clear has no customer service whatsoever. Like none. I've been trying to get some assistance all day and when someone decides to respond - like every 5th attempt - I keep getting the runaround

@Clear I recently renewed my clear membership only to find out that you don’t take global entry and only real ID and passports. I don’t have a real id, so I reached out to find out how to upload my passport. The customer services rep was hostile and just cancelled my account.
