It's clear that @Clear has no customer service whatsoever. Like none. I've been trying to get some assistance all day and when someone decides to respond - like every 5th attempt - I keep getting the runaround It should be called -notClear

@Clear I recently renewed my clear membership only to find out that you don’t take global entry and only real ID and passports. I don’t have a real id, so I reached out to find out how to upload my passport. The customer services rep was hostile and just cancelled my account.

@Clear My son went to MCO today and tried to sign up. Your representative said he could not without his passport. I’m not sure if you monitor your representatives but it should have been around 0400 this morning. He was the one dressed in the Air Force uniform.
