I also have an underactive thyroid. I take Euthyrox. It is tasteless. Just sharing in case you wanna ask your endocrinologist about it. As for two teaspoons of coffee… use a sugar substitute like xylitol. Also xylitol is good for your teeth so that’s two birds etc etc.

Hi @Clicks_SA I bought a baby formula at Clicks Baby Mall of Africa today. I took the wrong formula 12-36 months instead of 0 - 12 months. The formula is still sealed and still in original packaging. Can I return it tomorrow for an exchange?
