@Clicks_SA Northern Cape Mall Pharmacy is ill-treating its customers. It is for the second day that we are coming for medication and they say it was collected already and it was not by us. They want us to wait for Monday while my wife does not have medication now...

@Clicks_SA I found the conduct of the staff, including that of the manager at the pharmacy to be terribly unprofessional and unfair in handling our matter. The least that the manager could have done was to contact us as they have our particulars, to sort the matter out....

@Clicks_SA He felt that it was a small fee and felt that we were being unreasonable and dramatic for refusing to pay a small fee. The fee would be in addition to a co-payment of more than R300-00 that we still had to pay for the medication when we finally receive it...

@Clicks_SA We requested for something that will keep my wife going until then and one of their "clever" employees who happens to be emotional as well, indicated that we will have to pay for it out of our pocket although the medical aid has paid already...

@Clicks_SA The pharmacy manager became aware of this problem and failed to do a proper follow-up/investigation with items worth more than a R1000,00. They had the whole of today to gather all the evidence but they failed..

Opportunities are there. Once you have your learner’s and basic riding skills, come to me, I’ll help you find a bike to rent (there are even rent-to-own options) and assist you in registering with Takealot or Picup. You don’t need a license to operate a bike, you can get the licence once you are earning an income. Who's serious?
