hi frens! I published my Claude Code workflow system as a package called Kata! github.com/codevibesmatte… This system integrates fully with CC's native task system, no beads (though its an amazing project) or other external task managers needed. Also, it relies heavily on hooks and has a pretty ingenious stop hook mechanism that is fully flexible and changes based on what mode you're in. The number and type of modes and individual mode instructions are fully customizable and the package has examples and a good set of starter modes. I'll post more when I get a chance but the main reason i built this is because a lot of systems felt too heavy handed or black-boxy for my liking. Anyway check it out and let me know what you think!

just had an amazing look in to the legend @boristane 's new project polylane.com and it instantly mapped my entire cloud resource graph. i had no idea it was so expansive! really love the idea of a babysitter agent that just watches over my infra and fixes issues automatically!

QTing for reach, not to dunk. I understand why people feel this way. I counter with 2 beliefs: - it’s the person and ideas that define the output, not the tools. - if you attach your success to a model’s capabilities, then you will get sherlocked by said model company.

life lesson: never bet on a custom harness like Pi been loving my custom Pi setup for the last few weeks, the fact that I can build any extension, use any models but things are moving too fast today huge teams behind Claude / Codex change the way we develop almost every month so by building and maintaining a custom agent you're more likely to get left behind most models perform better in their native harnesses anyway, and using external ones is likely to get banned so I recommend betting your workflow on a portable primitives, like prompts, skills or scripts, instead of custom agents

What’s the best way for non developers to 1. share skills with their team 2. automatically enforce that it’s always updated for everyone if changes are made 3 allow others to update it centrally Github is not the best solution as it’s too clunky and doesn’t solve #2 Notion is a little better but can’t put code there I’m tempted to create my own tools but someone surely has created this already??

many of the primitives that i love using for my personal projects simply can’t be used in real world enterprise environments (on prem) and that is a a reason some wheels, such as a sandbox sdk, need to be reinvented

building an open source sandbox sdk similar to cloudflare sandbox sdk but for any device (e.g. mac mini, any linux server) this weekend. the goal is to be able to seamlessly launch small containers in which an isolated and persistent git server + headless harness (opencode or claude or codex or kimiflare) run, with proper logging (both for harness and cost control), and also full control over opening/closing sandboxes
