@spideysbrie I love Tom’s spidey but this lowk feel forced and drawn out. Spider-Man is usually funniest when being mean and quipping while he’s destroying whoever he’s fighting. Tom hasn’t had many good Spider-Man quips.

@Mutant_Menace Jon Watts movies never just let Peter be Spider-Man without support/mentorship from another character which is why people were complaining. BND has other street level characters which is good for a Spider-Man movie.

Funny that Jon Watts was getting hate bc his Spiderman movies had too many MCU characters and called him "Iron Man Jr" but this movie has -Punisher -Hulk -Scorpion -Tombstone -The Hand -Jean Grey And I don't see any hate.

@SergeiKravin0ff I love Tom’s Spider-Man but yeah he’s super flawed. Quips are a big part of the character and most of his just don’t feel like something a teen with a mouth would say other than in civil war and homecoming.

I still haven’t laughed at a single quip from Tom Holland’s Spider-Man besides one in Civil War, and this clip reaffirms why.

@shin_kale_rider literally how? The justice gang is supposed to come off as flashy. They wear entire superhero uniforms and have their own base. I don’t get how this harms any of the movie. This part reinforces how Clark values all life and sets up how he rubs off on the Justice gang later.

@vengeance_darth weakest ones here are easily BNW and F4. Superman n Thunderbolts had incredibly strong stories that kept you engaged the entire time. F4 starts strong, falls off, and then picks up at the end. Brave New World was js an indirect hulk sequel, not a sam movie.
