Within 3-4 games of a playoff spot, probably the division. The closer to first, or if they’re actually in first, the more he’ll ok. The more likely the playoffs are, the more “risk” he’ll take

Right now, nobody. If they play like this for the next 6 weeks, all of them lol. But I’m using what I’d consider to be fair value for each guy and that probably varies greatly from reality

If they actually sold, and I don’t mean a bench piece or a middle reliever, first guy I’m shopping is Munoz. Going to net you quite a haul. Randy would also be tough to hold on to.

@SteveP1231 No Stanton is trying to do just enough to keep people coming while spending as little as possible. The pirates owner is just pocketing TV and rev share money. He’s not even trying to pretend to care. Neither team is going anywhere

A. There’s a ZERO percent chance Jerry Dipoto “supports” ownership’s idiotic payroll restrictions. Zero. B. There’s a tipping point where Jerry becomes so toxic to the fan base, that it becomes a problem. There isn’t a shortage of people who would gladly take JD’s despite it.

There are going to be some names waived this month, so that’s a possibility, but the trade market just isn’t open quite yet. Maybe at the end of the month? But still feels like post ASB is when it’s reasonable
