@priceacarter It’s cause we blitz but don’t get home, so the safeties and CBs are left out to dry, or the draw play right over the top is wide open.

This woman does benefits for a small business, she’s says American Healthcare costs are becoming unsustainable - 11 employees on benefits, herself and her family all healthy - UnitedHealthcare is increasing premiums 46.53% on their renewal - Roughly $23,000 per employee - $5,000 deductible before the plan pays anything “It's so disturbing. So let's say that I had a health event where I broke my arm, I'd be paying the $23,000 in premium, and then I'd have to pay another $5,000, so $28,000 before I receive any assistance from this plan — Ridiculous. UnitedHealthcare, you should be ashamed. This is embarrassing, and this is not accessible for American families, or small businesses — It's a problem” “How are people surviving”

@thesamuelnam For a phone, the “pro” use case is usually just… video games. 🤪 You could also argue video editing. But must ACTUAL professional video editing will never be done on a phone simply because if screen size, even if the phone is powerful enough.

Yep.. new 17 Pro are for actual pros who push their phones. Titanium and glass is the worst combination for heat dissipation. Unibody aluminium + vapour chamber was the way to go. So I'm getting the Air.

It’s almost like ref’ing is really difficult and they make a LOT of mistakes— as has ALWAYS been the case. You can see whatever you want when you only look at one side. But if you can’t acknowledge that the refs screwed up in favor of both teams (a lot)… 🤷‍♂️ #KC #threepeat
Paul Foeller@pfoeller

Chiefs fans, it's time for all of us to admit it - the officials clearly favored one team in the AFC Championship game. It is what it is. Below, I've compiled a thread of egregious missed calls, all benefiting the same team. I can't be silent any longer. The truth matters.

Now, folks, lead by disingenuous media members, are clinging to this crazy idea that a well coached, veteran, champion team avoiding penalties in the *postseason* is somehow EVIDENCE of a league wide conspiracy! But when asked to provide the playoff game that the Chiefs won thanks to the ref they come up with… what? An obvious hold in the Super Bowl that the defensive player said after the game, and I quote, “"It was a holding. I tugged his jersey. I was hoping they would let it slide." An obvious roughing the passer penalty in AFCCG that the defensive player said, and I quote, “I didn’t know how far out of bounds we were.” Or an unnecessary roughness call in the 3rd quarter of a game KC was winning that turned 2nd & 6 into a 1st down? It’s all fever dream nonsense, lead by angry fans on social media & media members who have proudly tripled down on horrendous Chiefs takes that now feel boxed in by their continued excellence. That’s all.

@foundmyfitness It absolutely destroys my sleep— similar to drinking caffeine in the evening. Seems to be an outlier, but sucks for me because it DOES otherwise help with training.

Could creatine improve your sleep on training days? A new study found that women who supplemented with 5 grams of creatine per day experienced close to an hour more sleep per night on days that they exercised. More sleep did not translate into greater gains—the group taking creatine improved their muscle performance just as much as another group who trained and took a placebo during a 6-week resistance training program. However, these findings suggest that creatine may become a “sleep supplement” under certain conditions, particularly those involving a significant cognitive or physiological stress, for example, intensive exercise training. Indeed, the placebo group slept almost 40 minutes less on days that they worked out compared to the days that they didn’t—exercise disrupted their sleep. But creatine appeared to mitigate sleep disruption during training, at least in women, which could allow for more consistent training to occur over time, yielding better results, especially over a time frame longer than 6 weeks. This does not mean you should only supplement with creatine on training days—it should be taken daily to really observe the greatest effects. This is yet another study that points to the brain- and sleep-related benefits of creatine supplementation. Study referenced - PMID: 39203908
