VTuber: "Why am I not getting new people in chat?" Same VTuber: "I use follower only mode because the bots suck." If you're going to use follower only mode, just be aware it is pretty much guaranteed to make it harder to grow. Whether it's worth it or not is up to you.

no matter how talented you are, you might not end up being successful. whats needed then is either incredible luck with algorithm, or support from others to push you towards where you need and deserve to be. its frustrating when you have neither of those.
