We believe in fair and transparent hiring practices, and we will not be pressured into settling baseless claims. Unfortunately, a former candidate is making false accusations, misrepresenting our hiring process, and attempting to publicly pressure us into a payout. To clarify: No Contract Was Signed – There was never a formal job offer or agreement. No Final Compensation Was Agreed Upon – Discussions about potential hiring do not constitute a binding agreement. No Work Was Completed – There was no finalized engagement, and therefore, no obligation to compensate. Additionally, this individual has escalated their behavior by spamming our comments, making false accusations, and threatening to involve investors and backers to harm our reputation. Demanding payment under the threat of reputational damage may constitute extortion, which is a serious legal matter. We do not tolerate harassment, defamation, or bad-faith attacks. If this behavior continues, we will pursue legal action, including: A Cease and Desist Letter – A formal legal demand to stop harassment and false claims. A Defamation Lawsuit – Legal action if these false statements continue to harm our reputation. Harassment or Cyberstalking Complaint – Repeated threats, spam, and public pressure campaigns may violate harassment laws. Tortious Interference – If he contacts investors/backers with false claims, we may take legal action for reputational harm. Platform Reporting – If he continues to spam or spread false information online, we will report his behavior to social media platforms for removal. We stand by our decision and will not engage further in bad-faith discussions. If this conduct persists, we will take all necessary legal steps, including potential criminal complaints, to protect our organization.
