Also I still would consider myself a shy person and i’m learning to work through it by not letting fear of judgement stop me from doing things I want to do. This was just a reflection and not an attempt shame or judge anyone

there’s also difference between introversion and shyness! Not everyone is loud or likes be social for long periods of time and that’s okay. Some people are naturally quiet and introspective, including myself. We cannot all be the same. There is nothing wrong with introversion.
