but seriously how does living with your partner work when you only have unhealthy coping mechanisms like if you had a difficult day and reallyyy need to cut or something do you do it in secret (cruel and unfair) or do you Inform them (also cruel and unfair)

the downside is that you cant do it forever so id eventually snap and end up in a mental institution
