everytime someone grieves, the first thing i wish for them is a space wide enough to let that grief sit by their side. may you have a long conversation with it, long enough to remind you that the heart you use to love is the same heart that is trained to keep you alive.

kadang ngerasa diri ini ga normal karena selalu sendirian dalam artian ga interaksi dengan orang lain, untuk sekedar ngobrol via chat aja engga, join community juga engga. waktu interaksi dg orang lain cuma saat kerja, buka twitter, atau sesekali berkabar dg kawan lama.

tapi bener deh, makin dewasa, makin sadar kalau hidup itu isinya cuma acceptance. accepting anything. dan ternyata susah, ya untuk semindful itu.
