LOFAR data used to discover 300k+ galaxies!!! LOFAR Scientists have discovered more than 300,000 new galaxies. This data (more than 40 petabytes, the largest astronomy archive in the world) is stored in dCache instances at SURFsara, FZ Juelich, and PSNC Poznan.
