🗞️ Height Restrictions (Reasons) 🎮 In all competitive modes throughout all games, changes are made for: a) Overpowered weapons b) Restrictions. To make the game more fair, enjoyable for a competitive environment ⚽️ In competitive clubs restrictions were introduced on FIFA 23 as lengthy builds were the go to builds to win easier. Teams would go big and play long balls to win the flick ons and win all the battles in the air. Teams could abuse this system to have a better chance of winning. 🗣️ When we see people commenting the following: “learn to defend the cross”. - “get better at defending”. The best teams in the world, that win leagues, tournaments and cash cups want this change to ensure a greater experience of gameplay. Teams can adapt to play tall, they just don’t want another year of the same style of play being abused to compete. 👌 What you have to understand is, competitive clubs isn’t casual. Teams are playing for money and titles. Cross play is here now, clubs is finally rising in numbers again since Covid, the main concern is enjoyment and gameplay. If you want to witness a season of 6”7 crosses, that is no problem for us at VPG. Just remember FIFA 23, when this happened, by Xmas half the community left, as it was horrible to play, as everyone was forced to play big builds in order to compete with the best. 🇪🇺 Please think for a moment, we have the biggest European community, why would we create ourselves extra work to enforce restrictions? We aren’t doing it for the sake of adding them. We are adding them simply to improve ENJOYMENT and GAMEPLAY. Please experience the gameplay, with the restrictions on and then you will see the difference. 🎥 In terms of broadcasting, no one wants to sit there and watch a game of clubs volleyball for 20 minutes. Which is what we witnessed in the final with @GeorgeOverton_ . ✅ We respect all opinions and voices towards the height restrictions, everyone has their own preferences. Those who play at a higher level of Europe or Domestic will have experienced the lengthy meta being abused more than in lower leagues. 😊 Hopefully this helps with the reasoning and understanding. #Clubs #FC24 #EAFC
