I can only assume the Student Loans Company don't actually need my address since they've made it impossible for me to update it. "You can just log into your account." I took this loan out in 2001, guys. There wasn't an online system.

The danger of developing any admiration for columnists is that, generally, when they turn out to have a bigotry around people like you it feels quite personal. It shouldn't, of course: Guardian writers hate trans people, grass is green.
