@derrlck Red meats, chicken thighs instead of breast, nuts, fatty fish, potatoes (plain instead of sweet), and anything w/ whole milk. Although it doesn’t always matter what u eat but how much, so make sure to eat well above your cal maintenance, including whatever u burn a day! 💕
